Providers
Connections are providers dependent, some providers may have delegated access, we call this access "delegate scope".
Scopes of providers

| 1 | Only user access |
| 2 | Only delegate access |
| 3 | User and delegate access |
The API allows you to filter providers by scope: 1 or 2
